Will never stay there again, will not recommend this place Positive: Worse place ever, liar, rude, no maintenance

Second time staying at this property, we love the location and included amenities

Management was very responsive when I had some requests, like adding a day and checking out late. Nice square footage in the property, full kitchen. Clean apartment.

The unit was lacking kitchen equipment. The management, located in NY, did provide a tea kettle on request. The apartment faces north and gets little natural light. At our request the manager provided a standing lamp for the living room which, when we arrived, lacked either ceiling lights or lamps. The terrace got no sun, had no water view and was unusable because of construction noise. Shoshana, who is in charge of cleaning the unit, was extremely pleasant and helpful. The unit is probably more appropriate for short stays by guests not looking for a home away from home. We were and were disappointed.

I have stayed at this property before and in a same layout unit before however on a higher floor. There is no view of the ocean from this unit, although it was as expected. One of the main reasons staying at this property was for their nice main pool facilities however it was closed and under renovation currently. I would have opted to stay somewhere else considering if I had known because we had planned to use the pool facilities daily from past experiences.
