Positive: Nothing
Negative: We booked a 5-day stay at this property, drawn in by a description promising luxury and comfort. What we discovered upon arrival was shockingly different: damaged furniture, peeling walls, worn-out bedding, unsanitary conditions, and visible mold in the bathroom. The place was clearly neglected — a far cry from the so-called “luxury” advertised. We documented everything with photos and immediately voiced our concerns to management, requesting a relocation or at least a commercial gesture.
To make things worse, the kitchen was not even equipped to accommodate our group. There were no proper cooking utensils — not even a casserole dish large enough to cook for 8 people — making it impossible to prepare meals for our family.
Our situation was not ordinary: I am on dialysis, have a heart condition, and we were traveling with adults, a pregnant woman, and young children. Rather than show understanding or professionalism, the response was shockingly cruel — they unilaterally canceled our booking on the second day and threw us out at 10 PM, in the middle of a Miami heatwave, with babies and children in our arms.
Even worse, they denied us access to the property to retrieve our personal items — including food, baby essentials, and my vital medication. We had to plead and insist, almost threaten, just to recover our belongings. We were eventually forced to find emergency accommodation for the rest of our stay.
This establishment’s behavior was disgraceful, inhumane, and utterly unprofessional. The lack of basic hospitality and compassion was beyond comprehension. We have reported the incident to Booking and are in the process of filing an official complaint. Photos, written exchanges, and all supporting evidence have been documented.

Overhaul
The pictures did not describe the actual home. Every window blind is broken. Outdoor lighting through the blinds at night made the bedrooms feel like the lights were still on. Showers in desperate need of repair. Tub had no stopper to fill it. Pool had ants and ant traps. Hose sitting in pool at steps to fill it. Patio was covered in standing water atop of green moss/mildew. Beds had fitted sheet and comforter. No flat sheet or cover between. Trash piled up from previous clients on side of house. Broken blinds and miscellaneous “stuff” lying on laundry room floor. Roach in bathroom the last night was the icing on the cake. So disappointing.

Great location clean
Our stay was very nice. I would suggest that management look at the air conditioning in the room closest to the pool, it’s always hot. I think more utensils in the kitchen would be nice too. The pool is nice and the yard is spacious. The location is perfect. Make sure you order a pizza from How you Dough’n, excellent!
