Villa Palm: 4BD 2BA | Heated Pool + Lanai | Office Space | Large Yard + BBQ

Great place, great location! Positive: Location was good and close to a lot of grocery and shopping and venue Negative: The right side of the yard had a very strong fishy smell, which often wafted to the pool area. A little more attention could be paid to clean up outside, I wound up picking up paper plates, plastic bags and other debris left over from previous guests because I didn't want to get accused of leaving that and made a temporary fix to the outside patio table that had a broken leg almost knocking over my tea in the morning. But despite a little setback with the key and entry into the home, the hosts were quick to remedy the situation. They could also do a better job with the mold on the pool where there seemed to be an old water fall type of thing.

We had a wonderful time at Boca and staying in this house. Great location, close to beaches and downtown. Very clean, modern decor, spacious, great back yard with pool. Kids enjoyed it. There was plenty of towels, sheets, plates, cups and glasses. Daily communication with the management was great, we had no issues at all, but I feel like it, if we needed anything it would have been taken care of immediately. Overall great experience and wonderful stay.

We had an excellent stay at this Villa, and will definitely be keeping this place in mind when family visits from out of town. 10/10!

We stayed at this house for 12 nights, it is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The neighborhood was quite and in a very nice area. We had a few questions and the property manager, Chris, was quick to respond abd very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely use this property again.
